| Maggi Addison arrived in Vancouver in 2006. Having traveled the world with her husband, John, adopting twin girls, Maggi found herself with time on her hands when the girls started Grade 1.
Maggi trained as a nurse in England 20 years ago, had a successful bi-lingual daycare in Luxembourg and owned an exclusive Bed and breakfast in the South of France. With a pilot husband, and no family support, working for someone was not an option. With the adoption of Paige and Théa from Haiti, health and home become a priority. To ensure the girls made up for their lack of beginning, Maggi aligned herself with Nikken, incorporating their products into the family home. Environmental and lifestyle solutions fitting into everyday life, Maggi can make a difference in other peoples lives. Nikken supports Autism Speaks, and has the backing of US gymnast Shannon Miller. Through Nikken, Maggi has found her balance between family and purpose. |
